Well, sort of. Our founding logo has been around since 2005, so I decided to add a personal touch. I wrote the word “Saddleback” about 200 times, my hot wife and I picked the best one, and then put it on our label. Because I care about each and every product that we make, I decided to “sign” each one. Blue is on there too now, since he’s a major part of our story. You can read how the new logo is jam packed full of significance here. If you want a product with the early founding logo, don’t wait too long or you’ll be paying a higher price somewhere else for it. When existing inventory runs out, our original logo will be gone for good.
Camera Gear
Finally, I think it’s just about ready. This is the culmination of a couple of years of trial and error and lots of frustration. I’ve taken my camera gear all over the world in this and I don’t think it could be any better. So, here comes the maybe overly thought out Multi-functional Camera Strap, Tactical Style Camera Hip Holster (first one in the world I think) and four camera bags in my favorite sizes. They all fit together to make into a camera carry on that can be taken apart and used individually when you get to where you’re going. Expect these before Christmas.

Believe you me, Suzette is super fashionable and knows how to dress. She even dresses me. And she’s the one who tells me to put it on when she dresses me up. Then there are the Wide and Skinny Belts, somehow making my hot wife look even hotter. I didn’t think it was possible. Check out the photos, you’ll see. We’ll make an announcement on Facebook as soon as they’re ready to ship.
Notepad Holders
A new, smaller size Notepad Holder will be available in a few weeks. This means you’ll have two holders to choose from for your next important meeting. You’ll walk in confidently and smack down this fine, fine piece of craftsmanship. After that, you’re on your own. You are what you carry.
That title will make sense as soon as you watch the video (may not be suitable for small children), but we’re betting you could travel the world with just this one bag. (That’s a hint. Do we have any takers? Toby Tull?) The Beast will be available about the same time as the other products we’ve mentioned. While you wait, you can start thinking about all the stuff you could pack into this monster of a bag.
What’s a Dry Bag?
Let’s break it down. Could it be a bag that keeps stuff dry? I thought it was a pretty good name, too. We’ve got a few sizes on the way that will keep lenses, cameras, gadgets, cords, burritos, or whatever you can cram inside, dry and safe. Buy an extra one for your kid’s lunch bag. Kind of a mini Waterbag.
Love 41
Suzette was so inspired by the hurting people we met on our trips around the world that she founded Love 41, Where Receiving is Giving. It’s all online and sells only unique items from all over the planet that Suzette loves and wears herself. Love 41 will then donate all profits to help others. For instance, HIV positive women in Ethiopia are taken to a mythical healing river in the mountains and are left to die. A group takes them in and teaches them to make brass jewelry made from the melted down bullet shells that the farmers collect out of their fields. Not only does the demand for their designs by Love 41 provide jobs, Love 41 uses profits to help other orphans, widows, and street kids in third-world countries by educating, training, and feeding them, and showing them acts of compassion.
