Every piece of Saddleback Leather is designed for lifetimes of satisfaction. In fact, I believe in my leather so strongly that I guarantee your satisfaction and warranty every one of my products against defects in materials and workmanship for 100 years. If you, one of your descendants or any other Saddleback Leather product owner (regardless of how you acquired the product) should have a problem with one of my designs, let us know. We will take care of you.

She’s hired a great group of Customer Service Gurus who love what they do. They’re here to make sure we take care of you well and welcome you into the family. Be sure to let them know if you ever have an issue or there is anything they can help you with.

Saddleback Leather products are made to last a lifetime, but the warranty does not cover misuse or abuse such as the following:

Like if you take it shark diving in salt water (see video)
and a rivet corrodes

 

Or if an elephant stomps on it and creases the leather

 

Or if a crocodile bites it (see video) and tears off a d-ring
