"I got the bag yesterday and all I can
say is WOW. It really is true, you get what you pay for. Everything
about this bag screams quality. Within a couple of hours of the
delivery I had all my EDC (Every Day Carry) stuff in it and it is now
attached to me. It also smells great, I've got it in my office with me
now and the whole office smells like fresh new leather. The rings and
clips alone are awesome, the quality of each of the hardware components
is top notch. I can't see anything I'll ever do with the bag causing
any harm or damage to it. I am truly impressed and glad I got it."
Thanks,

"Hi Dave,
I've had the bag for a little while now and I love it. A friend of mine has a Billingham Hadley camera bag (large version) and I took out the camera bag insert and found that it fits the large compartment my 16" bag perfectly. And I mean perfectly like it was made for bag. I ordered a 'replacement' Billingham insert from B&H Photo from NYC for something like $60 and now my bag is a double-duty day-bag and camera-bag. When I go out shooting, I just put in the Billingham insert with my camera gear into the bag. When I'm done, I just take the insert out. It is capable of holding my entire SLR kit which consists of a classic Pentax MX, a 8mm fisheye lens, a 28mm lens, 50mm lens, 70-200mm zoom lens and 500mm mirror lens with ample room for lots of film, a light meter and other accessories. I also strap on my tripod to the exterior of the bag. Normally I don't carry the insert everyday though. I normally shoot with my Leica MP rangefinder and it fits perfectly in the front compartment with a 50mm mounted.

Well…..at long last my saddle bag had made the long
journey to Northern Ireland and had arrived. When I got home from work
the box containing it was waiting for me. I looked at it with
trepidation….'will I open it now…..what if I don't like it….what if its
not as nice as it looked on the website….after all…I could hardly send
it the whole way back to the USA…perhaps if I didn't like it I could use
it as a Christmas present for someone.' I decided to put off opening
it for a while. Each time I walked passed the box I gave it an odd
glance and could almost hear a voice saying 'open me now'. After about
and hour and a half I though 'right…this is ridiculous….go and open it….
I mean you'll have to find out one way or another if its what you
expected!' So using a small knife I slit across the tape…carefully
opening one flap at a time until the rucksack was in full view.
Well….all my worrying was in vain……the first thing that hit me was the
rich, aromatic, lustrous smell of leather! Obviously this bag had taste
in scent…and had worn its best for the trip to Ireland. It sat
there….handsome in appearance….with an air of absolute luxury. I lifted
it out and immediately fell in love with it – it was everything, and
more, I had expected!!! Even when I left it in the room and came back an
hour later I could still smell the aroma of pure quality. Since that
day we've been inseparable, I've taken it to work and had lots of
compliments from various people. I know this bag is a real star…and is
going to be a huge 'hit' in Ireland. Thank you Deborah for keeping in
touch via email…thank you Dave for designing and creating a great
product…but also for the 'personal' way in which you deal with your
customers - its all this that makes having a bag like this all the more
special….and last…but not least..thank you for the 'Personal Bible'
containing verses of 'Comfort, Assurance and Salvation' – a very
unexpected, but lovely little booklet to find at the bottom of the bag.
( P.S. I will be sending you a photograph very soon)

WOW it really is as good as it looks
on the site. I have
never received anything that has surpassed my expectations quite like
this.
I look forward to sending you some pictures of the bag in the bizarre
locations I find myself in as Royal Air Force Aircrew.
All the best and thanks again.

Hey Dave,
I just picked up my bag and what can I say other than WOW!!! The pictures on the website and all the testimonials don't begin to do justice to Daveed's craftsmanship or your vision of this awesome bag I just received. First off ... as you said in your email this new leather you found is fantastic...the color (golden brown) and finish are brilliant and I know it will only improve with age. My bag came with a chocolate brown suede interior that is very cool and it is carried through to the backs of the straps and belts.. VERY NICE TOUCHES Out of the box this bag had more character than anything I've ever seen. From the natural scaring in the hide to the branding marks on the inside divider this is a one of a kind piece and is destined to be with me for a long long time. Thanks again for everything you have done and for your vision of what a bag should be. Thanks to Daveed and his son for there exquisite craftsmanship. Thanks to your dad for sending the bag off so quickly. And thanks to Suzette and Blue just for themselves...
Yours in gratitude,
Chuck ....." (11/06)
