All of our products are fully guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. If you should have a problem, send it back and we’ll repair it or replace it for free. We’ll even pay for normal ground shipping if you’re returning it because of a defect. Items which have been personalized, monogrammed, embossed or are second hand bags may not be returned for a refund. Saddleback Leather products are made to last a lifetime or two but they’re not bear or bulletproof. The guarantee covers normal wear and tear and does not cover misuse or abuse.
